We hereby inform you that, for the purpose of a simplified purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, as part of cookies the connection’s owner’s IP-Data, as well as name, address, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number are saved by the webshop-operator.
Data provided by you is needed for contractual performance as well as for precontractual measures. Without this data we can not enter into contract with you. Passing on data to a third party does not occur, with the exception of transmitting payment details to the corresponding bank institute/payment service in order to debit the purchase price, the logistic/transport/shipping company assigned with delivering the product, our IT provider for electronic storing as well as to newsletter and marketing providers.
When canceling the purchasing process stored data will be deleted after 26 months. Also, data by website visitors will be deleted after 26 months. In case of conclusion of contract, all data arising from the contract will be stored until the expiry of the tax law related storage period (7 years).
The data name, address and invoice will be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Due to our legitimate interests in analysis, optimizing and economical operation of our services we do use “Facebook Pixel”, by the social network Facebook, within our online services. We made a corresponding data processing contract with our provider. As a company within the EU, UAB “MailerLite” is committed to complying with European data processing laws.
At any time you have the possibility to ask for disclosure of information on data stored on your person, origin of said data, the recipient and the purpose of that data’s storage. Furthermore in accordance with statutory regulations you have the right to correction, withdrawal, opposition, blocking respectively deletion of your data.
